     ·  The château household was nice and clean. The hiking trails were nice, and having the maps was quite helpful — 10 out of 10.rnrnThe grapes were wonderful — 11 out of 10.rnrnThe parking space was nice and sufficient — 10 out of 10.
     ·  Food at the restaurant was OK-ish, but not worth the money — 7 out of 10.rnrnThe fondant au chocolat was edible, but hardly looked like one — 6 out of 10.rnrnThe breakfast was nice, except for the fact that tea and coffee were not self-service, and needing to wait for the waiter spoiled the whole experience — 8 out of 10.rnrnThe room (SkyHouse) interior design was average, and reaching it from the restaurant was quite uncomfortable — 7 out of 10.rnrnWhen checking out, the reception person were not at their desk — I had to walk to the wine shop to get them, and even then then they said «it’s OK to just leave the key at the reception desk» — 2 of 10.

     ·  Very nice personal and reception and personal treatment by the Manager. Exceptionally good wine tour by a very experienced and professional winemaker expert. I have been on many, many tours of wineries and this was among the most informative and engaging. The personal engagement of the female manager who greeted us was very much appreciated. If I come back, it would partially be for that reason.
     ·  My other colleagues had the Tower Room but did not receive the welcome package with sparkling wine, etc., even though they paid the same amount and booked the same package as another colleague who visited Purcari with his girlfriend a few months ago. This is a bit strange. The treatment should be the same for everyone who books the same package. rnThe breakfast was OK, but it was hard to understand why the bread was the most awful, industrial white bread - with no taste and very unappealing - rather than a good home-baked bread or a variety of breads, even. rnThere were only 2 bikes left when my friends wanted to go biking and neither of them was functioning well, so they could not use them. That is not good.rnFinally, it would make sense to have a pool at the facility so that people can relax and cool off during the hot summer months. rnAt the restaurant, they forgot to ask me how I wanted my meat done. Unfortunately, my beef filet was overcooked. It was nearly well-done. No one who understands food would cook a filet in this way.

     ·  Официанты очень приветливые, учтивые, внимательные, всегда поинтересуются, если все в порядке и чего то не хватает.rnСпокойная атмосфера, очень тихо. rnКрасивая подсветка на территории. rnВ винном магазине девушка помогла разобраться с вином. rnГид помогла глубже узнать о вине и виноделии. Спасибо ей за ее советы.
     ·  Номер стоил 150 евро ночь. И при этом там не работал кондиционер, вернее, он отсутствовал, и вместо него был вентилятор, который дул в окно и совсем не холодил воздух в комнате. Открыть окна нельзя было, потому что на нашей стороне был сильный шум от какого-то насоса. Парадокс! rnВ номере не было бокалов! А как же пить вино и воду? rnВино в холодильнике было не охлажденным! rnБокалы попросил на рецепции, где мне отказали в них. Попросив у официантов они пошли на встречу. rnЭто немного странно для винодельни, что нет бокалов в номере.rnМеню - скромное, очень мало блюд. rnНо все шикарно приготовленные. rnЦены - в связи с низкой конкуренцией - высокие. Снизить их немного хотя бы на леев 30-50 и народу будет куда больше приезжать.
